Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

The product(s) you have purchased from our website is final and non-refundable except in the cases mentioned in terms & conditions. Subject to the other Terms and Conditions & except the cases mentioned in terms and conditions, no product may be returned.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in case Cakeonclick decides to refund to you, Cakeonclick will offer refunds in the same bank account from where the payment was made. Once processed by Cakeonclick refund takes 08-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
If the payment for that order was done through Cash On delivery mode, refund is credited once customer shares the bank details. Post that it takes 08-10 working days to reflect the amount in your bank account.
Cakeonclick.com can not be held responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases except as mentioned in terms & conditions.



Damaged Products

If any product received by you is in unfresh/ damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to our customer support within 4 hours of delivery of that product and e-mail the photographs of the same at care@cakeonclick.com. Cakeonclick team will inspect the complaint and if the complaint founds to be true then Cake On Click in its sole discretion will either deliver the new product to you, or refund to you the amount in relation to such product.
Notwithstanding anything mentioned in Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by Cakeonclick.com, it takes 08-10 business days to reflect the refund amount in your bank account.



Exchanges

Cakeonclick.com does not entertain/accept any product exchanges.
